Please note: Fees are subject to annual review and may change each year, with adjustments taking effect on July 1st.
Medicare Rebates
If using a mental health care plan, you will be eligible for a medicare rebate which will reduce the cost of up to 10 of your sessions.
As of July 2024, the medicare rebate for a General Psychologist is $96.65, reducing the cost of your session to $163.35.
Please be aware that your Psychologist is required to submit treatment reports to your Doctor as a part of accessing this pathway.
Private Health Insurance
If you have a Private Health Fund, you may be able to claim a partial rebate. However, we are unable to process this at YouThrive.
We encourage you to contact your private health fund directly, to determine if you are eligible for a rebate.
Payment Options
YouThrive Psychology Services requires same-day payment. Your appointment fee may be processed before or after your appointment time.
We are able to process your Medicare Rebate on-site. Please bring your Medicare card with you to the appointment.
For those who are unable to access our physical location, we offer an easy, secure online payment method sent directly to your smartphone.
Cancellation Policy
We request 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. Charges may apply for missed appointments within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
