Fees vary according to individual needs, and rebates are available for clients through various funding avenues.

Medicare Rebates

With a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan issued by a GP, you will be eligible for a Medicare rebate which will reduce the cost of up to 10 sessions.

As of July 2025, the Medicare rebate for a General Psychologist is $98.95.

Please be aware that your Psychologist is required to submit treatment reports to your Doctor as a part of accessing this pathway.

Private Health Insurance

If you have a private health fund, you may be eligible for a partial rebate. A paid invoice will be provided following each appointment, which can be submitted directly to your fund to claim your rebate.

We encourage you to contact your private health fund to confirm your eligibility and any specific requirements.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

We welcome NDIS Self and Plan Managed participants.
Parents, Guardians or Support Coordinators can enquire via the Contact tab or by emailing contact@youthrivepsych.com.au with the participant’s full name and expression of interest.

  • Service Fee: $232.99 per hour (as per the NDIS Price Guide)

  • Funding type: Plan Managed or Self Managed

Please note: Services are not currently available for Agency Managed participants.

Payment Options

YouThrive Psychology Services requires same-day payment. Your appointment fee may be processed before or after your appointment time.

We are able to process your Medicare Rebate on-site. Please bring your Medicare card with you to the appointment.

For those who are unable to access our physical location, we offer an easy, secure online payment method sent directly to your smartphone.

Cancellation Policy

We request 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Appointment Fee Changes

Fees are subject to annual review and may change each year, with adjustments taking effect from July 1st.
