Therapy for Young People, Families & Young Adults.

Who I work with

  • Adolescents & Young Adults

I work with adolescents and young adults to help them navigate life’s challenges with a sense of agency and resilience.

We’ll work together to develop coping strategies, enhance emotional regulation, and foster personal growth in a safe and supportive environment.

In our sessions, we focus on practical, real-world skills that can make a difference in your everyday life. The goal is not just to discuss problems, but to give you tools that help you navigate challenges more effectively.

  • Schools & Teachers

I collaborate with schools and teachers to ensure that the support the young person receives extends beyond the therapy room. When appropriate, I work with educators to create a consistent, supportive approach that aligns with the student’s therapeutic goals.

This may include providing insights into how they can support the student in the classroom, recommending accommodations, or addressing specific behavioural or emotional challenges.

My goal is to help young people feel supported both at school and at home, allowing them to thrive academically and emotionally.

  • Parents & Guardians

As a parent or guardian, your role in your child’s therapeutic journey is invaluable. Where appropriate and the young person agrees, I partner with you to provide guidance on how to best support your adolescent through their challenges.

Our goal is to strike a balance that supports both the family dynamic and the young person's autonomy and privacy. Whether you need strategies for managing difficult behaviours, understanding their emotional needs, or navigating communication barriers, I’m here to help.
